CALL FOR ABSTRACTS 

2205 SOFPOG Annual General and Scientific Meeting (AGSM) 

Theme: Achieving Universal Health Through Collaboration 

Date: 21st – 25th May 2025 

Venue: Tamale, Ghana 

You are invited to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations at the Scientific Session of the 2205 SOFPOG AGSM. Be part of this prestigious conference as we explore innovative strategies for achieving universal health through collaboration. 

 Submission Guidelines: 

– Abstracts should be 300 words or less and must provide a clear overview of the following sections: 

  – Introduction/Background 

  – Objective(s) 

  – Materials and Methods 

  – Results 

  – Conclusion 

– Abstracts must be submitted in a Word document format, using font size 12 with 1.5 paragraph spacing. 

 Abstract Title & Authors: 

– The title should be brief and clearly indicate the nature of the abstract proposal or research area. 

– Provide full names and affiliations of all authors. 

– Do not include degrees or professional titles. 

 Corresponding Author Requirements: 

– The corresponding author should be the presenting author at the conference. 

– Submit a passport-sized photograph of the corresponding author. 

– Include a short biosketch of the presenting author. 

 Review & Notification: 

– All abstracts will undergo review by the Scientific Committee for acceptance. 

– Applicants will be notified of the outcome via email or phone.
